So many of us can hear this phrase, but only associate it with pain or pleasure, not being ‘hateful’, validation seeking, short sexual stints, bids for affection, lustful swaying of endless dualistic mental cycles, of being good or bad, winning or losing, hot or not, predator or prey.

Distorted patterns of madness, addiction and impulsivity destroy our lives and our loved ones. Maybe you are in a state of defeat or nearly giving up.

What if because love and truth are the most powerful energies on the planet, we actually have to acknowledge that they take some real skills, practices and conditionings to master?

Similar to going to a gym, learning a martial art or wielding a sword, our bodies, hearts and nervous systems MUST fully adjust, and to get good at training for greater skill. What if there’s nothing ‘wrong’ with you whatsoever for not having tools for love, because you were never or barely shown unconditional love? I was exactly where you are for YEARS.

If love was modeled to you like it was to me growing up, it was a manipulation, even violent, mistrustful, painful, strategic, anxious and transactional interaction based on bending oneself to be pleasing, or shutting down to be protected. Knowing how to love skillfully through these models may allude you. And you are not alone! I’ve spent 22 years curating these practices and putting them to use in my own life. This retreat is now in its 5th installment and 5th year, it has helped hundreds of people, many of whom meet their special person and even return to do it over again and again.

We have all been deeply hurt in love. We have all created behaviors, masks and personas to 'get love'. There is no shame in this, but the game ends here.

The various ways we turn away from love, and the escaping mechanisms we create from our lack of consciousness and practiced reactions, often creates the exact environments, circumstances and mindsets that keep love from reaching us and from becoming our natural reality.

Our fears, resentments, masks, validation seeking, grasping and narratives are all armors to prevent our opening in love and allowing it to catch fire for decades instead of fading. Keeping us juvenile not only in sex and love, but in our relationships with money, time, energy, focus and everything we create. The potency of this energy goes way beyond sxx.

The truth is, the presence of real love brings to the surface all of the most unlovable parts of ourselves to be witnessed and healed and given LOVE TO, not shamed.

Maybe you have felt rejected or abandoned in the past and maybe you have already done some or a lot of healing, but turning this healing and spiritual work into deeply nourishing sexual pleasure and hotness!? Well now, that's a WHOLE other story.

Relating and creating relationships which can consistently retain their passion amidst the ebbs and flows of life take an entirely other skillset!

Your love life can withstand a lifetime with one person and generate more heat with your healing as time passes. And if you are single, reorienting your mindset and confidence in this way will make you highly discerning and sxxually magnetic. You will not allow just anyone into your sacred love. You will walk with a grounded container in a frequency of warmth and power, instead of leaking energy.

If you are single or in a couple we first begin by practicing self love as the basis of our ability to offer a safe, deep and intimately alive partnership. This is the foundation of every relationship we have.

Those who can't go deep, go wide. Many false teachings, tell us to be polyamorous, move our energy around, play and explore widely and laterally. And while everyone is free to do as they please and we must experiment to know who we are, ultimately this leaking and sucking of empty sexualized experiences will l take its gloves off and smack you around. I’ve seen it.

This way of interacting with our sexuality is often called Tantra but is actually not Tantra at all. True, mature, love and Tantra teaches us to revere our bodies as sacred, to actually refrain from promiscuity and to devote love to another as a prayer and spiritual path of God consciousness as a way of reaching enlightenment. It is another form of Brahmacharya. When you devote yourself to honoring yourself and (eventually) another, this is the highest spiritual work we can do. And it all starts with you.

Forgive yourself and learn how to see your perceived 'defects' and desires as gifts of new awareness, hold more capacity to be seen as your true divine innocent self, see others with purity rather than as objects, to stop people pleasing, listen and feel what your body's intelligence is saying, stop grasping to your habitual impulses that distract your purpose and  become a leader of love and truth on this planet, whether you are single or in a couple.

In this Level 1 +2 (4 days each) group Immersion we will journey deeper into our hearts, learning and practicing the step by step principles of awareness, sensitivity, equanimity, love, trust, polarity, devotion and desire. Bringing these aspects into our nervous systems with self and others in an innocent and powerful experience that you wish someone had given you back in High School!

Now in its 5th year, I have been called to go deeper by offering a Level 2 as an optional extended journey.

In Level 1, this gentle yet powerful awakening is a 4 Day transformation in the tropical surf paradise of Nosara, Costa Rica. You are not required to join Level 2 if Level 1 feels more aligned for you.

Level 2 opens participants to explore the Level 1 material in more depth. Days are more restful and evening temple rituals are explored.

On this Level 1 +2 (4 Days each) immersive journey, we gently uncover and heal what has been blocking true love as we get to explore the real you, your most powerful desires, through the gentle opening of your heart chakra.

When reflected and celebrated in the light of a kind, confidential and conscious minded community, there is no greater experience of oneness.

LEVEL 1 (is required for Level 2 participation)

Level 1 Feb 12-15 (travelers arrive Feb 11 and depart Feb 16)

Over these first 4 Days we are in a process of deep purification. We create a safe, fun and potent healing container to support ann intimate space for men & women to have deep conversations, potent exercises & build true communion on each other’s journey. We learn the basis of Sacred Union & monogamous devotion through the lens of 22 years of Tantric studies with guide Stefanie Marco. Students must complete Level 1 to enter the Level 2 container.

LEVEL 2 (requires you attend Level 1) is for graduates of the Level 1 immersion. Here, we will have a slower pace with morning yoga and/or KAP, afternoon free time for reflection, nature, beach time and integration. Our evening Temple events are where we go deeper into receiving transmissions and intimacy practices that explore the sacred erotic art of sexual polarity, unconditional loving and erotic innocence.

Costa Rica Wellness Spa has a rich history of blessings by the indigenous family who still occupy the land. The previous owner of this space guided healing through the potent sacred medicine of Iboga. The current owner has continued to support addiction recovery and it root cause by hosting sober retreats such as this one.

The property is set on lush jungle hilltops and overlooks the sunset over Ostional Beach and the Pacific Ocean. 5 luxury rooms and 4 shared rooms converge with an open dining room and kitchen adorned with hammocks which extend to a dipping pool, hot tub, cold plunge and 700 square foot hand built wooden yoga shala. The grounds also hold a sacred Temescal for sweat lodge ceremonies, permaculture garden and trails to explore a nearby waterfall.
